I'm a new homeowner in need of a roommate. Rent includes most everything. The place is being completely remodeled right now, and is starting to look pretty pimp. The location is an 10 minute bike ride from downtown and only a couple blocks from Whatcom Falls Park. I am into mountian and road cycling, so there will be lots of bikes and people stopping by on bikes. Pot lucks, BBQ's and food/beer/wine will probably be the most prevelant forms of entertainment around the place.
