This place is pretty nice. Everyone is really nice and welcoming. Not sure about the deposit, so I just put how much it was when we moved in. The date might change depending when my family members move out, just to make it all known! c: Please bring your own furnishings, we have some dishes but not a whole lot. There is also an alcove and big closets. 50/50 on cable, rent, and bills. There is me and fiance, female/male. Only bill not 50/50: cell phone.
