Very nice Townhouse built 4-5 years ago. Very clean. Very nice. Almost too nice for college students. Lol. Townhouse is Loaded. The people in my townhouse, will be my friend who moves down the 4th of October, (Very respectful, outgoing guy, clean cut, athletic guy), who will be living upstairs. and my girlfriend and myself. We live in the upstiars together. I am a college student/athlete and play baseball for the University of Portland. She is a nursing student whom works at Victoria Secret.
