Near just about every freeway (and ASU), and its a nice quiet neighborhood. My old roommate left for Iraq without me, so I need someone quick. Decent level of cleanliness is important, and someone easy to get along with. I live a drama-free life, so please don't bring any. I'll be 25 in May, so someone near my age is a plus. There is a community pool due to a small backyard, and early next year there should be a full wet bar installed in the backyard. Hot tub eventually.
