I have a home in Newburgh on 1.5 acres. Looking for a CLEAN roomate with a full time job. I will take care of all yard work, I enjoy it. There is a large 2 car garage/barn on property does not have automatic garage doors. I have 3 dogs and a cat. MUST like and be kind to animals. I will pay for water and internet. You will pay half of the energy bill. Have good hygiene. Don’t be disgusting. Don’t eat my food, unless we’re splitting groceries.
