I have a room in a three bedroom 1 bathroom house available. There are 2 of us already living here and we're looking to fill the 3rd bedroom. We are both mid-20s with stable income. We do have a cat and will likely eventually add a second cat. Rent is $265 plus utilities. The place is near wesselman park. We have a washer and dryer.
