I am looking for a roommate for my brand new 2 bed 2 full bathroom condo. It is on the NE corner of Drake & Timberline, and just finished construction a few weeks ago. I am looking for someone to move in late August, early September but I am flexible. What is included is 1 bedroom with closet, and 1 full bathroom which has a full size bathtub/shower in it. The condo itself is a 1st floor end unit, and has 2 patios, a fireplace, granite slab counter tops, brand new stainless steel appliances, etc
