I am a looking for a female roommate. I have a fully furnished apartment with a spare bedroom. I am a senior at Tennessee Tech and I need someone who can sign a year lease. It is $475 a month + half the internet bill and half the utilities(electricity only. Water and sewage are included in rent.) 5 minute drive from tech, upstairs bedroom, full private attached bathroom, security system, washer, dryer, stainless steel appliances. private back deck. Small dogs are allowed but no cats.
