You'd get an 11x15 room and your own clean, private bathroom. We'd split utilities, which don't run that high. Perks include use of a large plasma TV (I'm buying around a 40-50 inch HDTV in March),about 300 DVD's to pick from, a treadmill, and a really cool, easy-going roomie (me). ;) The kitchen has a huge stainless steel fridge and a newer dishwasher. New cabinetry in the kitchen. New carpet arriving in March.
