I have a room in the downstairs of a two level house in Fairfax City. Close to Vienna Metro and GMU. There are restaurants and grocery within a couple miles. I am a male and I work and sleep normal hours. The room is 13x13 and has closet space, furnished with a bed, a dresser and a smaller dresser and a mirror, two windows. You will have a private bathroom. We will share the kitchen, no in room cooking. Share washer/dryer. No smoking, no pets. Utilities and internet included.
