I am a senior at UT Tyler just in search of somebody who can finish the rest of my lease with me (9 months left). My roommate left suddenly and I can't do this by myself. I like to stay in most nights, I am chill, funny, smart, and a pretty good cook. Looking for someone who can clean up after themselves and do their fair share of duties around the place. Rent is $800/mo divided 2 ways. That excludes the only other 2 bills; internet & power. No animals unless you can pay the pet deposit.
