Hi, it's a duplex, it's a three bedroom two bathroom only three miles from Tyler junior college. There's a back yard for animals. The rent has utilities included. to tell about me i'M Evey i work as a part time dental assistant, and go to TJC for the rest of the time. i welcome pets as long as the owner can pick up after them. i'm moving into this place in January and would love to find another roommate by then
