I am a professional 30 something relocating from Atlanta. I would prefer unfurnihed room w/ private bath, internet. I have a nice car & nice furniture. Garage or cov parking would be great but not required. Im nonsmoking & nondrinker at home. Have my own tv. Im moving from fully furnished house & can bring any furnishings w/ me if u like. Most to be in storage. Im easy going, cook, clean & may be out of town often. I have a nice clean cat who loves dogs but he can stay in atl if necessary.
