I'm a 33 year old single professional guy. I have a townhouse in the Dearbought neighborhood on the northeast side of Frederick, just off 26. The entire lower floor is available. It has a bedroom, living area, full bathroom, and a washer and drier. We'd share the kitchen and living areas on the main floor. My bedrooms are on the upper floor. Utilities and gigabit internet are included along with a driveway in back for off street parking.
