12X11.6 Room for rent. The apartment is a 2 bed 2bath, so you will have your own bathroom and the bedroom has a double closet. Me and my husband will be living there with you. We are very laid back. We smoke but, we smoke outside on the screened in porch. Were are ok with drinking, just dont get outta hand. I dont let any one drive drunk so if you drink ill take your keys lol.
