I have a two-floor plus basement apartment. There's one large bedroom with closet available. There's plenty of extra storage in the house too if you need it. There is a long (albeit skinny) drive way that allows for four cars to fit. I have a car but that still leaves plenty of space. The single car garage was converted into a bar/tiki lounge type thing. There's a small backyard with an outdoor fire place.
