Summary
I am somewhat of a work-aholic, I work my primary job Mon. - Fri. 0630 - 1500 then I go home and take a nap, wake up and go to my secondary job Tue. - Sat. 1800 - 2200 and I work a third job Sat. & Sun. 0700 - 1500. I pretty much try to get some extra sleep on my evenings off which are Sun. and Mon. Every now and then I take a few days off and schedule mini get aways.
