F, 47 looking for non-sketchy room to rent for 1 small /medium sized quiet human (me), 1 small, quiet, well housebroken dog, and 1 small, ornery reptile (in tank) to move into on 12/17. Trying to keep total monthly rent costs at or below $450-500 + my portion of utilities, or up to $600-650 if they're included. Dog has a pet door to fit into a patio door. I'm tidy, have few guests, mostly stay in my room. Light drinker, electronic vape, don't care what others do as long as there's no cop-drama.
