The apartment is in excellent condition and is owned by Haverkamp Properties. It is in the Woodland Reserve community. There are hardwood floors in the kitchen/living room/hallway. There is a large pantry. The unit is very spacious yet cozy and inviting like a home. I am leaving only because I have to move for school, and am looking for someone to replace me on the lease from March or April to Sept. 1. You would have the option to sign a new lease but would need to find 2 new
