I am seeking a female roommate who is a nonsmoker. This apartment is located at Oakland Pointe Apartments. It is located on the second floor, no elevators. The room has a private bathroom across the hall. The kitchen has a full appliance package and there is a private balcony. The complex has a pool and a fitness center. I do work from home full time M-F 8:30-5pm w/occasional overtime. I consider myself to be pretty quiet. I like to watch tv, cook, trying new things, and watching live theater.
