Fully furnished house with internet, cable, washer and dryer, and all utlities included. Room is not furnished. Looking for a serious student or working adult. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so pets are allowed. Great location close to shopping and the college. Huge screened in porch and fenced in back yard.
