Its a private nieghborhood with a pool. Great nieghbors, kid friendly, would prefere a couple for the master bed rooo=m which has two walk in clsets and a private bathroom. I have 2 cats, who get along great with other cats. I have a decent backyard as well as front yard, very clean, well kept.
