About this household

Just bought a house and looking for roommates! It's a big 3100 sqft+ place in North Reston (great for accessing most of Northern Virginia) and I only plan to have 3 people total in there, so plenty of room. Not doing the slumlord thing..! Hoping to get a few chill people together who will get along as roommates and enjoy hanging a bit. Into food and fitness. Hoping for game nights and movie nights :) Potentially flexible on rent amount, depending on room situation etc.
