Not sure the exact sq. ft. but it is two stories and very spacious. I have a 42" plasma LCD TV and surround sound, washer and dryer, 3 cats. The cats are fixed and declawed. There is plenty of privacy and I don't stay out late. I am fairly clean. I love all pets. I am 23 yrs. old.
