About this household
We are a LGBTQ+ Friendly, 420 friendly house with one 12x12 unfurnished room to rent. Single occupant only, rent includes utility and wifi access as well as a parking space. Hall bath, Kitchen and common areas are community usage as there are four adults currently in residence. Must be ok with Dogs, Cats and kids, we have a well behaved 16 month old toddler. We are seeking someone with a steady job, must provide six months pay stubs as proof. The room will be available June 23rd.
