I live in a 3 bedroom duplex. I have 1 room for rent. The other room will be used for company visiting from out of town. It is fully furnished except for the room that is going to be rented out. It is all on 1 level (no stairs). Utilites will be split in half. I have 2 dogs. Both are pugs. Please do not inquire if you do not like dogs or more specifically if you do not like pugs. I keep my house very clean, so if you are messy please do not respond to this advertisement.
