I am seeking to rent a private room in my home to a male, female or quiet couple. My home is just off of Winton Rd, about a mile south of Empire Blvd. It is also 1 mile from Rt. 590 and a very short drive to RIT, CC and U of R. Would offer discount on first months rent ! I have one cat, am very financially stable, and do not drink or smoke. I've owned my home (1400 sq. ft) in this mostly owner occupied area for over 15 years, and would only be renting a single bedroom - the master bedroom.
