I am a Teacher and Grad Student in the area who is looking for a roommate to share a house in Webster. I am fairly quiet and clean, and keep a very busy schedule. The house is beautiful and is located in a quiet area. Amenities available are off street parking, laundry, full kitchen, and Spectrum Cable/Internet/Phone. Included in rent is lawn care, snow removal, laundry, water and waste management. RG&E and Spectrum are separate from the rent and shared evenly amongst the roommates.
