Nice 3 bedroom house, big back yard, screend in back porch, , medium size kitchen, one car garage, new appliances, and an awesome landlord. . The house is close to campus and right next to a bus stop. The lease is 6months, however, after that it will continue as a month to month thing. We will plan on staying past 6month but it would be your choice if you wanted to stay longer. Pets welcome. You can move in as soon as July 25, rent starts for August.
