I have a 3 bedroom home in San Leandro. It is a quiet neighborhood. The room is upstairs and has a private balcony overlooking the front yard. I have one other roommate. We are both professional men and love a clean and tidy home. We have full use of the entire home. It has laundry onsite. The bathroom would be shared with one roommate and all utilities split 3 ways. It a beautiful home that is in the hills, with a beautiful view of Castro Valley.
