About this household

I have a room available in a two bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom. The living room and kitchen is shared and there is a parking spot available. The apartment is on the second floor with a wrap around balcony, overlooking the lagoon in Alameda by south shore. I am a single male and there are no other people living with me. My current roomate and I have lived together for 5 years and he is now moving out. I am looking for another long term roomate.
