Location is 725 S Clinton St. It is 2-3 blocks just south of downtown/campus and is around a 10 minute walk - not bad. Washers and dryers are located just down the hall. There is on property parking however I am unsure if it filled up or not. Otherwise there is street parking just around the corner.
