This is a beautiful home in a safe, friendly neighborhood. I bought it when I took a job in Melbourne, but now work out of town and rarely use it. You will have the master suite, and full use of the house for all but 3-4 nights per month when I sleep there. no pets, no smoking, no drama. Mature, responsible female only.
