Hello, my name is Dawn and I have a basement space I am renting out in Dekalb, IL. It is 8oo sq ft and newly remodeled and completely furnished. This is a shared entrance, laundry and kitchen. The space is a full bath, 1 large bedroom and 1 large living room. All utilities are included and internet. I do not have cable. I use Hulu live, Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Video. There is private parking in rear of home and street parking in front. No smoking in home. No pets. I have 3 dogs upstairs.
