Room in a nice home on Southeast side of Dekalb. Quiet. Laundry on site and internet both negotiable and additional. Rent covers only Room Utilities and kitchen. Home has 3 season porch 1.5 bathrooms nice large kitchen. On street parking. I have senior dogs so must be ok with dogs. Prefer female but will consider other candidates. Great for grad student looking for quiet place.
