A room for rent in a family's home (two 30 somethings and a 1 yr. old), with private bathroom (bathroom is adjoining another room, but would be private to renter). Located south of ventura blvd. and laurel canyon, its 1 mile to universal studios & 101/405 hwy, approx. 9 miles to UCLA. Room is on a month to month lease but we are looking for someone willing to stay longer then that. You would need $1000 up front and be willing to sign an argreement saying you would give us 30 days
