I'm an illustrator who works in the restaurant industry. Summer is my busy time. I work just about every night. During the day, I am illustrating in my home studio, hanging with my dog or spending time in Newport's great outdoors. The apartment is spacious and furnished. It is available May 1st. But I am considering a later move in date if it takes longer to find the right fit. The apartment has a newly renovated kitchen, yard, shared bath and plenty of light. It is in the heart of downtown.
