So I just bought a 4 bedroom house on the Middletown Newport line. I will be living in one bedroom and renting out the others. Rent will vary per bedroom so please reach out. The main house is a classic cape style with a large back yard (still deciding to keep the pool) with two smaller bedrooms up stairs and a lager size downstairs bedroom.
