All utilities/TV/internet included in monthly rent. My FSU roommate is moving out April 30. I will be a sophomore at Tallahassee Community College in the fall. I try to go scuba diving once per month. My cousin in California got me certified in diving and took me on some great dives off the coast of California. I am looking for a roommate for the summer or for 12 months. No smoking allowed. No alcohol in the apartment. I have family 40 minutes from the condo and I attend church in Tallahassee.
