I am a single Dad looking for a lady roommate to rent my guest room. It is myself and my 12 year old daughter. You would share the bath with her. The Room is furnished with a Fullsize bed and a TV. I also plan to upgrade the furniture soon. I live in the Siegen Perkins are and I am walking distance to Highland Park. I am about 10-12 miles away from LSU. I am close to shopping. I am also a 5 star super host on airbnb. I looking to rent my room long term.
