I have a room in the Garden District of Baton Rouge available now. Rent is $425 with a deposit of $425. You would also be responsible for 1/3 of the utilities and wifi. The house has it's own laundry and parking facilities available. We just ask that you not engage in any drug use and respect others. We would also ask for a lease to protect everyone.
