I have a very nice 2400 sf private home in Ahwatukee (right off I-10 and the new 202) with the master coming up end of March/April 1st. You would be my only roommate. Very large, partially furnished master bedroom suite, large bath with separate shower and garden tub, huge walk-in closet, private entrance, garage spot for one car, water softener, upscale newer area. $900 includes utilities and internet. Will consider mellow, well behaved dog. I'm an older straight, non-smoking male, . I'm looking for is a clean, clean, quiet, low key person.
