I have two rooms upstairs that I am trying to rent, 350.00 for 1 or 600.00 for both. We would split the utilities, all utilities are low because of being energy efficient. If you are not renting both rooms, eventually the private room next to you would be rented out and you would share a full bath room with that occupant. My two year old son lives with me downstairs every other day, we have are own bathroom downstairs. There is a lock on the stairs so my son does not have access to the upstairs.
