1500 Sq Ft. house by TWU. 3 Bedroom, 2 bath. Pet friendly. Good sized front & back yard. Between 3 people, rent will run $600 and utilities + internet fluctuate to around $120 a month. I currently have 2 cats of my own, along with a lizard and rats. You probably won't see much of anybody but the cats. My brother & I currently occupy 2 of the 3 rooms. Ideally, don't wanna live with a total stranger so if you're looking to get to know each-other and have a decent relationship this could be a match
