I have 2 rooms available for rent in a house about 10 minutes away from UNT. I have 1 dog, who I clean up after. She’s very friendly and small, keeps to herself a lot. House is fully furnished with a nice Amazon Fire TV. House was build in 1980’s but was recently renovated and painted. Monthly rent is $550 a month, and utilities are about $90 each. As for me, I am a junior at the University of North Texas. I love to watch sports, play golf and tennis, and listen to music in my free time.
