This a 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment i found with a previous roommate who bailed at the last min. The rent is 1400 a month including utilities. Everything is split 50/50. So your part of the rent is 700. The inicial move in cost is 4500, but your half is only 2400, but the deposit i already paid which was 300. The only utility we pay is electric which i am told is between 50-90 dollers. Also if we want extras like cable and internet we have to pay that also.
