I am a 25 year old female that is in need of a room to rent asap! I am very cleanly and quiet. I do not throw any parties, but will have a friend or boyfriend over occasionally. I am respectful of your space and privacy and I expect the same in return. I do have a small chihuahua, she is 3 pounds. She is fully potty trained and does not bark alot. She will be around every other week. I am fun, easygoing, and can get along with pretty much anyone!
