I'm going to grad school in a couple of weeks and I need someone to take over my lease, which ends in 6 months (you have the option of staying longer). The room for rent is actually a den in a 2BR/2BA + den condo in a beautiful complex in Carmel Valley. You would be living with two other girls and sharing a bathroom with one other girl. Rent is $485 and utilities (gas/electricity, cable tv, and cable internet) ranges from $43 - $45. Please email with questions or if interested.
