I have a private master bedroom with a private bathroom available now. The apartment is in Canyon Ridge Apartments and the rent is 1200/m. The apartment is right next to the Bay (2 min drive). The room comes with off-street parking and the apartment has in-unit washer/dryer. You would be taking over my end of the lease which ends in October but will be renewed.
