I am in need of a roommate in a 4 bedroom, 3 bath large very nice house. It is in Wheaton, MD which is in Silver Spring. I work as a teacher in DC and it is not a bad commute at all. The neighborhood is outstanding. You would have a large bedroom and your own private bathroom. Rent is $700 per month as well as half the gas, electric and water (about 200).
